Deploying Windows-cum-Web application

Hi,

I have a deployment issue. My application is a mixture of
windows-cum-web application.

I need to deploy the solution given that I have MSIs for both the
application.

How can I programmatically arrange to call the second MSI 9containing
the web part) after the first MSI(windows part) has completed
installing. What feature of Setup & Deployment Project of Visual
Studio 2002 should be utilized?
