HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

Never mind - I discovered the problem and fixed it. I had 3 IP addresses
attached to the NIC. IIS was looking at the 2nd address - not localhost
address. I removed the virtual addresses 2 & 3 and kept the localhost NIC 1 -
when I started new project - it discovered the localhost address and and
created the project.

Thanks for the help - when I read the other HTTP/1.1 400 Bad requests at
various other newsgroups - even though the answewr wasn't there the ability
to see what it it was not enabled me to to guess at what it might be and
"Viola".

Thanks for the newsgroups even being here.
