Making the menu appear?

Hi there, ive been messing with a menu, at the moment it is displaying in a
certain position:

The two js files are here:

If you look, you should be able to see the menu is being displayed half way
down the page, i wanted it really, where the existing links are?
Any ideas how i would go about this?
