.NET CLR 1.1

Is there anyway to change which version of the CLR to use in Visual Studio .NET 2002 Enterpise Edition. I would like to use the current CLR without having to dish out more money for VS.NET 2003. I bought 2002 and in a matter of a year they come out with 2003.

Unfortunately no. It's too bad, but there was a $29 upgrade that was offered
until the end of September of last year.

Hope this helps,
