Struts analyze Params

Hello,
I want to programm a Programm, wish creates an menu on an Internet
Site, by the Params my programm get.

I use Struts an JSP for this.
Now I like to know how and where I can analyse the params,which my
acttion-form get.

A example of course, would be the best way to understand this.
