Struts Install

Newbie question.

Thanks in advance for any help,

I am going through the Struts_Tutorial.pdf from
http://www.stephanwiesner.de/.

I get the section for internationalization, and am moving the tld
files to my WEB-INF folder, but cannot find the struts.tld or the
struts-form.tld files.

I would think these would be an integral part of the install? What
gives.

You could try WEB-INF/classes forlder. It's seen by the class loader
when doing getResourceAsStream. This is just a hunch though.
