Hi,

I keep on getting this error: "The current configuration system does
not support user-scoped settings." I'm trying to use a DLL that I have
developed previously. When I try to access a public method in that DLL
I get this error.

I know it's probably a configuration setting somewhere, but where and
what do I set it to?

My guess it's related to something like this - and I'm making this
assumption because you're publishing this question on an ASP.net newsgroup.
