I have a web client that will do some configuration for a windows app. In
the windows app, we allow the user to make a marquee that can be translucent
so you can see through it. I want to allow the user to select the level of
transparency. Ideally I'd like to actually show them the different levels on
the web page. Is there any way I can make a marquee that can also be
transparent on a web page ?
