Does anyone know of any free programs that we can use to make UML,

The few I know are. ArgoUML, StarUML , DIA.

and there seem to be some more java specialized UML tools out there.
StarUML can reverseenginer java till 1.4 so can Fujaba.


Also some more seem to come with eclipse and netbeans..

It's already been mentioned here, but to put my $0.02 in, I really like
ArgoUML. I use it all the time and it produces very nice diagrams.

I used Visual Paradigm tool for UML diagrams. Try that, it was great.
