Dear All,
Currently we have very urgent requirements for Artix professionals in
S'pore.The details of the requirements is as follows:
Job Location: Singapore
Role
· Develop and/or enhance and support existing/future IBIP FE rollouts
based on IONA Artix
· Develop new XML/XSLT
· Enhance existing XML/XSLTs
· Coordinate with middle ware providers and back-end development team
· Clearly and quickly identify issues, their solutions and
communicate the proper remedial steps
Iona Artix Knowledge
· Minimum 2 years experience in developing Iona's Artix
· Artix broad based technical experience in the areas of development,
configuration, maintenance, and high level environment knowledge.
· Unix working knowledge on latest versions of AIX, and Globus
experience is a must.
· Familiarity with change and configuration management utilities,
concepts and principles is an asset.
Experience
· Minimum 3 years IT experience in.
· XML/XSLT development and enhancement
· Web Service development
· Java design and development
· Unix and window administration and scripting
· 1 full project cycle as Web Service developer (from initialization
to deployment)
Minimum 1 year banking IT experience
Skills
· Excellent XML/XSLT knowledge
· Excellent Web Services ( SOAP, WSDL, XSD ) knowledge
· Strong Java programming skills
· Strong analysis skills and trouble shooting
· Basic Globus and OFSML understanding
· Very nice to have: IONA Artix development, configuration and
administration
Education
· Degree / Masters in Computer Science
· Additional banking or commerce degrees viewed favourably
Qualities
· Travelling may be required
· Project experience in Europe and Asia highly advantageous
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in developing and extending web services
· Nice to have: Germany fluency
