wxPython demo /Process does not open new demo

Try to run wxPython 2.5 (for python 2.3) demo. Then Open Process and
Events/Process. Type in "python -u demo.py" and wait. There is a splash
screen but nothing more. Why?

Forgot to add that it happnes on Win2K.
