A new group of people to help each other with ruby and rails

I propose to set up a group of people "in the real world", that meet up
from time to time near to Reading Berkshire that help each other with
ruby rails and mysql in particular and of course building web
applications using ruby. I am hopefull to get some people together that
can meet up face to face, and literally help each other with learning
OO programming, configuring mysql to work, and building web
applications using this new and I am sure innovative technology.. any
