Anaconda Alternative Question

Hello I have a question, I have been looking into Python packages that could be used in genetic analysis such as GWAS.

The ones that I could find require Anaconda to download, I have read that I have to pay for Anaconda.

So, I am wondering, are there are open source and/or free alternatives?
