Topic: Planning Game Software - Jiva DeVoe will demonstrate some project
management software which he has written specifically for tracking XP
projects. This application distills the essence of XP task tracking into
something that makes managing XP projects a little bit easier for
distributed teams. It also has applicability for teams who don't want to
bother with mundane things such as calculating velocity by hand. He'll
also talk about some of the advantages and disadvantages of using cards
vs. other methods.
