[ANN] narf 0.6.1 released

Hi all,

Narf 0.6.1 has been released. It contains some house cleaning fixes, a
merge from the 1.8 cgi.rb, and some useful new features:

+ added escapeHTML methods from cgi.rb
+ setup tarpit to accept IP ranges
+ fixed multipart bug
+ documention updates
+ Web::env case insensitive
+ added Web::clear
+ updated tests for 1.8

Narf is freshly available as a gem. Downloads are available at:
