[ANN] RMagick 1.7.4 released

I've just uploaded RMagick 1.7.4. This release fixes a problem that
occurs only when compiling with ImageMagick 6.2.1, the most recent
release of ImageMagick.

RMagick is an interface to the ImageMagick (www.imagemagick.org) and
GraphicsMagick (www.graphicsmagick.org) image processing libraries.
Supports more than 80 image formats, including GIF, JPEG, PNG. Includes
2D drawing API. Comprehensive HTML documentation.
