[Nemesis]

XPN is a newsreader written in Python+GTK with unicode support.

Major Changes in this release:

*Added Import/Export newsrc file.
*Added autoencode feature. Now XPN automatically chooses the best
encodig for outgoing articles.
*Fixed another bug in threads building
