ensures that quality coding standards are practiced\n(i.e. standard documenting for commenting out code, standard approach\nto development, templates are created and adhered to).\nContribute to the technical architecture, development process, and\nimplementation alternatives for development solutions based on .Net\ntechnologies and including open source solutions where appropriate.\nObjectively select appropriate technologies based on the business\npriorities and requirements.\nDetermines rapid application development efforts vs. standard\ndevelopment efforts.\nRapid identification of risk or issues and corresponding remedial\nactions;
