ASP.NET deployment

Hi all

Is there a command that would do asp.net deployment which is similar Publish
web site(which we do manually)

Deployment projects are available and there are some third party tools that
can build and deploy, some even open source. I believe nAnt allows build and
deploy, but have not played with it in a while.
