ASP.net menu DynamicPopOutImageUrl

ASP.Net 2.0 Menu Control:

I want the image for the DynamicPopOutImageUrl property to be a blue
arrow when *not* hovering over a menu item, then change to a white
arrow when hovering over an item (because my hover background color is
blue).

How can I accomplish this?
