ASP.NET registratoin with IIS not permenant

Hi

I've installed ASP.NET on a Win2k AS SP4 Server, however the registration of
ASP.NET with IIS doesn't seem to be perminanet. ASPX pages seem to render
correctly for a while, then after a reboot of the server, the ASPX code is
rendered whenever I hit the page. I've tried running aspnet_regiis -i and I
get the same behavior (works until the machine is rebooted)

Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get this fixed?
