Asp session ends when administrative user logs off of server

Hi all,

I've found a little issue that i'm not sure what to do about.

My machine has 2000 server on it. It's running a little asp / vb dll
app.
Ok, now say you log in to the app from a client machine.
When the administrative user logs off the server where the app is
installed, the session on the client ends.

Not sure what to do to make that not happen, or if it's a known
limitation of asp and windows.

help? please, i've been searching the net and finding next to
nothing.

I cant say I have the answer to the problem, but I encountered something
similar with an application called SA-FileUp, unless someone (the
administrator perhaps) was logged onto the server, the upload component
failed.
