atlas installation

I have vs 2005 and have downloaded the atlas control toolkit and have
successfully loaded the AtlasControlToolkit.dll but get a message that there
is nothing to load when double clicking the AtlasControllExtender.dll.

At what point are you double-clicking the dll, in this scenario?

I am in the tool box and have right clicked the folder that the extenders
went into. I then select choose items...
and find were I put the toolkit and go into the sampleWebSite / bin folder
and then double click on
AtlasControllExtender.dll
