anyone know how can I send an auto generated email w/ attachment? i
have a link in my website that when they click it they will be
emailed. the attachment is a picture.

Go to http://php.resourceindex.com/ and look for their form-to-email
scripts. Find one that can handle attachments and strip out the bits
that you need.

As well as the other suggestions, there's also the PEAR Mail_Mime class
