I learned C from K+R but I found it a bit too brief in lots of places.
What I did was I just picked up a random book from a used bookstore to
compliment K+R, "Ansi C made easy" by Herbert Shult. I found it really
clear and easy to read, so Id recommend that if you can find it (I think
its out of print).

pete said:None, unless if you only have one edition of K&R,
then I would also recommend the other one.
There are two copyright dates: 1978, 1988.
These are 21 and 31 years old. The language has moved a long way since
then. There are many more up to date books
"Jonathon Livingstone, Seagull"
"The Art of War"

Hi,
Maybe you could write a review on these, how have these inspired you?
Maybe I can become interested in these too ...
Chris said:No point,. You have to read them yourself. Both are Zen type books.
