Last night I dug out some old programming books from 20 years ago.
They are,

Beginning Java 2.0 by Ivor Horton
Sams Teach yourself Java 2.0
J2EE
Javascripts

Python Essential Reference for Python 2.1 by S M Beazley, 2001

Book in C
Accelerated C++
Primier C
Primer C++

Art of Computer Programming by Donald Knuth Vol1-3, 1997

Are these books still useful? Or are they too much outdated for today's use?

The books you've listed may provide a historical perspective and cover fundamental concepts, it's important to supplement them with more up-to-date resources to stay current with modern technologies and best practices in programming.

Yeah I was under impression 20 year old books are just too long time in computer programming reference and studies.
Maybe I need to add some new edition of the books and compare them while learning them.

depends on what your looking for. Alot of material can still be usefull.

Yeah good point actually. I read some of the old computer programming books, and most of them were still very relevant especially in the math or numerical programming topics.
