Building(Validating) asp.net web project in whidbey beta 2

Hi,

I am facing this problem for quite some time now.
i want to build the asp.net web site from the command line. I dont want
to precompile it. I just want to build it as it can be done using the
IDE(build web site).
Does aspnet_compiler.exe or msbuild.exe have any switch which can
prevent the precompilation and just validate the web site.
Can someone help me on this pls?
