BuildProvider error

I can not build this page due to the following error:

C:\Documents and Settings\csadlier\My Documents\Visual Studio
2005\Projects\CMS\Edocket\DecisionSearch.aspx: ASP.NET runtime error:
There is no build provider registered for the extension ''. You can
register one in the <compilation><buildProviders> section in
machine.config or web.config. Make sure is has a
BuildProviderAppliesToAttribute attribute which includes the value
'Web' or 'All'. C:\Documents and Settings\csadlier\My Documents\Visual
Studio 2005\Projects\CMS\Edocket\DecisionSearch.aspx

I do not understand why I would have this problem because I do not
remember changing anything with this page but it errors out now.

Any ideas?
