What is the best way to call a COM Object from "C"? In this case we
need to call an ActiveX DLL.

What is the best way to call a COM Object from "C"? In this case we
need to call an ActiveX DLL.

There are no COM objects or ActiveX or DLLs in the C language. These
things are non-standard extensions for a particular platform and
off-topic here.

Ask in or one of Microsoft's
support groups in the family. This is a
language group and yours is not a language question.
