can not display asp.net files

hello

It worked for me before, after I have registered ASP.NET (thanks to Karl)

But now, for some reason every time I try to load .aspx file , I get "the
page cannot be displayed"

I did the registration all over, still The same meassage pops

I have an XP with IIS 5.1 web server

Please advise .
