You use the img tag and it's attributes
ex.:
<img src="img_girl.jpg" alt="Girl in a jacket" width="500" height="600"> From W3Schools.com
src is the locaton of the image. alt is name of image that will appear if the image does not. width and height in pixels without the dimensions.
