CBT training on ASP.NET

Any good suggestions on any CBT training on ASP.NET 3.0 or 3.5?

Keep in mind, technically there isn't any ASP.Net 3.0 or 3.5, it's still 2.0
with a few extras on top but essentially still 2.0. Have you checked out
http://www.innerworkings.com/ I haven't tried their latest .Net 3.x stuff
yet other than Linq, but they have some absolutely fantastic courses and
teaching methods.
