Change background to bitmap

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to change the background of my application (windows mobile
2003, visual c++ .NET 2005) to a bitmap that is available on the PDA.
But unfortunately without succes... I've tried a lot, read MSDN and
googled but I cannot find anything that can help me.
I hope somebody knows the answer to my problem...

This is the wrong group for that. This is a C++ group, and
your question has nothing whatsoever to do with C++.

However, I do know two good groups in which you can ask this
question with reasonable hope of a useful answer:

comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32 (I set followup to here)
microsoft.public.win32.programmer
