Debug window external to VS

Hi all,

I seem to remember a few years ago I had a shortcut to an executable
file that allowed me to view debugging information from my web
projects.

In fact, this executable showed debug information from other programs
as well! For example, enterprise manager...

It looked like it was a command prompt based app. A window would pop up
that showed debugging information as it was written.

This tool was very useful for when trying to view debugging information
without having to attach the VS debugger.

Does anyone know what I am talking about, and where I can find it?
