DHTML Menu not loading

Hi,
I moved my ASP.NET application to a new server (Win2K3 & IIS 6.0).
Now the javascript Menu is not appearing in any page at all.
The old server was of the same configuration (Win2K3 & IIS 6.0).
Does anyone have a clue?
