Display Language on the browser

Hi

The date is displayed in a different language (may be Chinese) instead of
English. I have used the date format, but there is no language specifics in
it.(in fact I do not know whether there is any option like this).

The other contents in this page is displayed in English .

This happens only when retrieving from a remote server not in the local IIS
server.
