I use Windows Me at home and I want Python Tutorial of www.python.org
download as a text resistant but I can only download the file as HTML
resistant and I have few experiences with Internet.

Windows ME has Internet Explorer built-in (don't you read the news? ,
so offline reading of the HTML version should be fine. You could convert
the HTML to text easily enough, but you really shouldn't have to.
