Hello guys. I am a CS student who wants to build a predictive dialer software for one of my projects. I used to work for a telemarketing company and found a lot of problems with our old CRM.
I would like to know, what are some tools and resources that I can use, as well as any book and tutorial, that would help me build a predictive dialer using Python, one that actually analyzes the calls and has voice recognition?
I've heard man suggest using Twilio to as the VOIP platform to use and I know there are python libraries for VOIP.
