Eclipse - "Password Required to connect to sun.java.com"

Hello,

I recently had to reinstall everything on my PC, including eclipse.

unfortunatly, i keep getting this "Password Required" - Enter username
and password to connect to sun.java.com. whenever i press ctrl+space
for predictive text.

I looked at the eclipse site and it wasn't very helpful - Could
someone tell me how to turn this damn thing off? Its driving me
insane!
