error while including the header file javax.xml.parsers.*..

i am new to this forum and nice to meet u all...and i have the doubt abt the inclusion of the file..
import javax.xml.parsers.*;
import org.xml.sax.*;


It says some error while i am trying to include this file..Help me..plzz
