Expand and colaspe link

I need a JavaScript that has drop downs where it uses pluses and
minuses to make the link expand or collaspe in Netscape 4.77

For example if I wanted to expand this link:

+myLinkHere

After I clicked on it, it would look like this:

-myLinkHere
nextLink
anotherLink
+morelinks
additionallink

and if I clicked on the morelinks link it will expand for more links

Anyway I can do that with Netscape 4 where I can use a script out
there that will collapse and expand the links?? I have seen this
done with IE and Netscape 7 but need it done with Netscape 4.
