experts opinion on JetBrains ReSharper

This product is quite cheap and promises a lot, but will it be helpfull for

Yes (if you are using C#, as it's C#-only). Of course, they have a
fully-functional 30-day trial, so just give it a try.

Yes.

It's an absolute necessity if you want to work fast. I can't imagine
how people continue to survive without it. If only for ctrl+alt+space
to expand intellesense to search across namespaces and into things you
haven't even imported!

And while you're at it, pick up a copy of CodeSmith. It'll pay for
itself the first day.
