FAQ Website Slow to Non-Functional

Hello:

I am trying to read the FAQ notes, and jibbering.com is not
working very well. I can reach it with ping and tracert, but getting
pages is slow at best.

I've been unable to access it at home for months. Consequently, I
grabbed as much as I possibly could from the main FAQ at work, and
hosted it on my own site. Here's the link:

Let me know via e-mail or reply if you find any broken links. I can't
seem to access the main FAQ from work right now, but I'm sure it will be
back up soon.

Eventually, I did get all the FAQ notes pages except for "Named
function expressions demystified" which has a link to a different
site. Yours worked just fine.
