FF won't Refresh

I'm using FF 2.0.0.16 and I just recently noticed that it won't handle a
refresh properly. I'm using the following html code:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=http//abc.efg.com"/>

IE handles it fine but all FF will do is display the entire page of html
code. In
previous versions of FF, this did work. Any ideas what's up now?
