getting started with eclipse

can anyone tell me where can i get details about how to use
eclipse....bcoz i need to use only eclipse for my java program ...but
i am unable to get a clear idea about how to use eclipse to develope
JFC and SWINGS .....

SWINGS as said, not SWT. It is a good site though.
