Good java Installer ? ( cross-plateform + JNI )

Hi,

I googled, freashmeat'ed, sourceforge'd for a good Open-source
cross-plateform Java installer ( Linux+win32+MacOS; supporting JNI )

I did not manage to get a clear picture of the options.
What would be your recommendations ?
