GUI project, C, Win32, and lisp

I may need help with this project, if you are bored and know Win32, it
is geared towards lisp but the Win32 DLL library is written in C, try
it out. Great for a school project or something, will get CVS access
soon.

Basically a tool for RAD in lisp.
