We're looking for something that will do something like this Python project:

Basically a time-based constraint+dependancy+interval scheduler to be
used in a project management app. Is there a similar beast written in
Ruby already available? An option we're considering is to port the
Python app and open source it. If one exists already but is only
partially implemented perhaps we can collaborate.
