Help me figure out a problem...

Hello,

I need help from some of you experts. On the following page:

I have some space that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm suspecting it's
my bad CSS, but I can't find any problems... yet.

There is a small block about 5 pixels high by about 110 pixels wide
that sits right under the MENU on the far left. Any help in removing
it would be highly appreciated.

Validate the document and fix the errors, then see if the problem still
