Help me to broadcast msg in java

hello,
somebody help how do i broadcast msg in java programming ,that i need
to store back the ipaddress of responded machine , i need to make use
of snmp services so i m using any snmp4j pak but all i need a simple
java code that broadcast and store back the ip address of responded
machine
